Going forward, customers of Digital Guardian Secure Collaboration, formerly Vera, can find everything they need about the product, including support on Digital Guardian’s website.
We’re reaching outeaching oureacto all Vera customers to let you know of a fresh start for the product. We’ve updated the brand from Vera to Digital Guardian Secure Collaboration, and as part of that we’ve moved our web presence over to the Digital Guardian site. Secure collaboration will now be represented alongside data loss prevention at digitalguardian.com.
This change represents the latest step in the evolution of Fortra’s data protection family of products. Digital Guardian is a globally recognized brand, protecting the data of over 5.5 million users worldwide. As we look to grow our secure collaboration product into global markets, aligning with Digital Guardian made sense.
We also want to make it clear that our current customers will see no immediate changes in the user interface, branding of product, functionality, or product roadmaps. As the journey to the most comprehensive data protection platform continues, look for updates on exciting enhancements and advanced use cases soon.
Fortra’s data protection customers have seen other convergence in our product line, such as the integration of our Titus data classification product with our secure collaboration tool, enabling automatic encryption of files with certain classification labels.
As a Fortra customer, you’ll see no changes in the service and support you’ve come to know. If you have any questions on this new name, please contact your customer service rep. Our support email will remain support@vera.com. We also encourage you to follow Digital Guardian’s blog or Digital Guardian on social media to keep up with company news and tips on data protection best practices.
